We are looking for an experienced and ERP /CRM Program Manager (m/f/x) with international rollout experience with MS Dynamics 365 for July /August.

Responsibilities

You are

responsible for several development teams and take over their technical and personnel leadership
A supportive and visionary leader who inspires and provides for professional development and growth
responsible for various applications and take responsibility for managing and implementing technical roadmaps, day-to-day operations and other strategic decisions
Responsible for the flow of information between your teams and other departments within the company, ensuring accurate and timely communication

Contract

Qualification

If you:

Have experience building large systems with a focus on quality, scalability and performance
Appreciate agile development methodologies and exemplify agile leadership accordingly
Have in-depth knowledge of Java and the ability, discuss technology decisions at the code level
Have experience working with large data sets
Ideally have experience in Big Data projects, advanced analytics (e.g. machine learning, artificial intelligence) and/or have worked in a startup before

and ideally

Have several years of experience building large systems, preferably with microservices and a focus on software quality, scalability, and performance
Have several years of experience in people management,
have a good command of the English language and ideally also know German
