  1. Visit of the Website

When you call up our website (www.e-aces.om), information is automatically sent via your browser to the server of our website at Strato AG. This information is stored temporarily (7 days) in a so-called log file until it is automatically deleted. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

You have the opportunity to apply for a job via our website. For this purpose, we collect at least the following data about you:

    • Three files with your application documents.

We process this data for the purpose of checking your suitability for the position applied for and the project position sought or for the purpose of handling the application process. If the position is filled, the data is forwarded to HR and stored in your personnel file. The data processing in the context of a vulnerable employment relationship is regulated there.

This processing operation is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures based on your request (Art. 13 para. 2 lit. a DSG or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

If you are not offered employment, your data will be deleted 6 months after notification of the refusal. Should another applicant cancel, we would take the liberty of contacting you again. If you expressly agree to your data being stored in our database of interested parties, we will delete the data at an agreed time later.

  1. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data and Appropriation

eAces GmbH will use your personal data for the sole purpose of technical administration of the Web sites, customer administration, product surveys and marketing, only to the extent necessary in each specific case. We use rapidmail to send our newsletter. Your data will therefore be transmitted to rapidmail GmbH if necessary (only if you register for our newsletter). You have the possibility to book a seminar paticipation via our website “Training Centre”. By pressing the “Book seminar place” button, your e-mail browser will open and you can send us a freely formulated registration, information or question.

The data processing is carried out at your request and is required in accordance with Art. 13 Para. 2 letter a DSG and Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 letter b DSGVO for the above-mentioned purposes for the fulfilment of the contract and pre-contractual measures.

If you contact us by e-mail, we will only record your voluntarily provided contact data, such as name and e-mail address, for the purpose of answering your request.     • Application documents are deleted or destroyed after 6 months.
    • Data which we no longer need will be deleted or destroyed if the purpose of the processing and the basis for processing become invalid, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
