Personnel Transfer
eAces not only cooperates on the basis of service contracts and work contracts, but also arranges for the transfer of employees to its customers, if desired by the customer and if the potential employee is willing.
By recruiting suitable candidates for projects and consulting engagements, we enable companies to respond flexibly to internal capacity constraints and to deploy external personnel in your organization in compliance with the law.
The personnel at eAces are permanently employed and are engaged with our customers for the duration of the required assignment.
Subsequent permanent transfer of the employee to customer is not uncommon.
Blue Card Process
As a result of the shortage of experts and skilled workers, we also recruit trained computer scientists, engineers and other academically trained experts from third countries outside the EU for our customers and their development projects.
The process, with the help of the EU Blue Card, simplifies temporary work permits, but is nevertheless somewhat lengthy in terms of communication with authorities in Germany, and in the process, with foreign embassies.
