As an AI Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing AI solutions and guiding their implementation, enabling our client, an international company that is consistently driving its digital transformation, to turn artificial intelligence into secure, scalable and measurable business value.

You will translate business requirements into target architectures and implementation roadmaps, take use cases from the first proof of concept to production, and establish the standards, patterns and practices that allow AI to be used reliably across projects and operations.

Tasks

• Designing end-to-end AI and GenAI architectures, from data integration and model selection to deployment and operations
• Translating business requirements into prioritized AI use cases, target architectures and roadmaps
• Architecting LLM-based applications, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents and evaluation frameworks
• Selecting and integrating AI platforms and cloud services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) into the existing enterprise landscape
• Establishing MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, monitoring, cost control and continuous improvement
• Ensuring security, data protection and compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act and GDPR
• Leading proofs of concept and guiding their transition into production-ready solutions
• Advising technical and business stakeholders, mentoring development teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, AI Architect or in a comparable role, with AI/ML solutions delivered to production
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, machine learning frameworks and at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, data pipelines, containerization and CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI topics to technical and business stakeholders
• Relevant cloud or architecture certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or TOGAF) are highly desirable
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
