Your mission: As a recruitment consultant at eAces, you’re not just an intermediary — you’re a matchmaker, consultant and networker all rolled into one. You will build relationships with top-class clients and talent, recognise potential, and bring the right people together.

Aufgaben

• Neukundengewinnung auf Projektleiterebene und Geschäftsführung
• Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskunden
• Vertragsmanagement und Verhandlungen mit Kunden & Kandidaten
• Identifikation und Auswahl von IT-Experten & Beratern
• Durchführung von Interviews mit Kandidaten
• Begleitung des gesamten Vermittlungsprozesses bis zur erfolgreichen Platzierung
• Unterstützung im Projektmanagement

Qualifikation

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium
• Begeisterung für IT, Technologie und digitale Projekte
• Unternehmerisches Denken und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
• Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie im Umgang mit Menschen
• Organisations- und Rollenverständnis
• Freude an der Arbeit in einem kleinen, agilen Team
