We work directly with project managers and executives on one side and a network of experienced IT experts on the other. What counts for us is not the number of profiles, but the quality of every single recommendation.

To support our recruiting and consulting team in Munich, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for Recruiting and IT, starting immediately, to keep our expert database up to date, stay in direct contact with experts and applicants, and look after our website.

More than data maintenance: recruiting first-hand.

In this role, you work on the foundations our team relies on every day: up-to-date information on our experts, meaningful profiles and job ads that reach the right people. And because good recruiting also has to be convincing online these days, you bring your IT affinity to the upkeep of our website.

Along the way, you gain real insight into recruitment consulting: you talk to IT experts, get to know demanding roles and technologies, and experience how a first contact turns into a successful placement.

Tasks

You support our team where recruiting and IT meet – from data maintenance and phone calls to the published job ad.

• You maintain our expert database and cross-check the profiles against various job portals and professional networks so that our data is always up to date.
• You speak with our IT experts and applicants by phone and are a friendly, reliable point of contact for them.
• You create meaningful expert and employee profiles that present experience and skills clearly and convincingly.
• You create job descriptions and publish them on our website and on various recruiting channels.
• You look after the content of our website in our CMS (WordPress).
• You work closely with our recruiting and consulting team and actively contribute to our shared success.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment at a university (Bachelor’s from the 2nd semester, or Master’s)
• Basic IT affinity and an interest in digital topics
• Strong communication skills and a love of interacting with people
• A high degree of independence and reliability
• Motivation, enthusiasm and a strong service orientation
• No fear of picking up the phone, and a confident, friendly manner in conversation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Business-fluent German and fluent English
• Ideally, first experience with WordPress or another CMS
